Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with heavy hearts for our nation and its leaders. You have entrusted them with the responsibility of representing all of us, and we ask that You guide them to reform their ways, restoring dignity and compassion to the work they do.

Lord, we grieve the division, hate, and erosion of due process that have become too common in our public life. We reject terrorism and all forms of violence, and we ask You to replace these forces with peace, wisdom, and justice.

We pray that our leaders will seek justice, defend the oppressed, and act with compassion. May they remember that they represent every citizen, not just a few, and that their decisions carry the weight of human lives and dignity.

Unite us as a people, Lord, not in fear or anger, but in hope and love. Let our prayers be the spark that brings renewal to our democracy and healing to our communities.
